Welcome to Postal Career Prep. By purchasing, enrolling, or otherwise using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). Please read carefully before completing your order.
1. Independent Preparation Service
Postal Career Prep is a private, independent test-preparation provider.

• We are not the United States Postal Service (USPS).

• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the USPS in any way.

• Our services are designed to help you prepare for USPS exams through practice tests, study materials, and career readiness coaching.

2. Services Provided
Our offerings include, but are not limited to:

• Online exam simulators for USPS postal exams (#454, #455, #456, #457).

• Study guides and answer keys.

• Career coaching and readiness resources.

3. Payment and Billing

• All purchases are processed securely at the time of order.

• You authorize us to charge the credit card, debit card, or payment method you provide for the full amount of your order ($70.00).

• By signing electronically (via digital signature pad or typed acknowledgment), you confirm that you are the authorized cardholder or have legal permission to use the payment method.

4. Refund Guarantee
We offer a Pass Guarantee: https://www.postalcareerprep.com/refund-policy

• If you complete our simulator and still fail your actual USPS postal exam, you may request a full refund.

• Refund requests must include proof of your official exam results and proof of simulator completion.

• Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds will not be granted for reasons outside of the above guarantee, including but not limited to:

• “Changed my mind” or “no longer interested.”

• Claims of non-use after access was granted.

• Attempted chargebacks filed without following the refund request process.

5. Chargeback Policy
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, card company, fiduciary, or financial institution (including but not limited to Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, etc.) for services that were delivered as described.

• Any attempt to dispute a valid charge will be treated as fraudulent activity and will be contested with evidence, including but not limited to:

  • Signed acknowledgment of these Terms & Conditions.

  • Access logs and usage records of your simulator and course materials.

  • Email or chat communication with our support team.

• If a chargeback is filed in violation of these terms, we reserve the right to:

  • Permanently revoke your access to all materials.

  • Pursue collections activity, legal remedies, or recovery of funds including chargeback fees and associated costs.

6. No Guarantee of Employment
While our services are designed to improve exam performance and career readiness, we do not and cannot guarantee job placement, hiring, or employment with the USPS or any other organization.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Postal Career Prep is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within [Insert County/State].
9. Acceptance of Terms
