To comply with South Carolina business law regarding e-commerce and federal identity requirements under the USA PATRIOT Act, all refund requests must meet the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available only under our Pass Guarantee, and only if the following requirements are met:

  1. Proof of Identity

    • The customer must provide valid, government-issued identification that matches the name on the payment method used.

    • This is required to comply with federal law and prevent identity fraud.

  2. Proof of Simulator Completion

    • Customer must demonstrate that they completed our online simulator course in full.

    • Access logs, timestamps, or completion certificates will be used to verify.

  3. Proof of USPS Exam Attempt and Failure

    • Customer must provide official USPS documentation showing they sat for the postal exam (e.g., #454, #455, #456, or #457) and did not pass.

    • This documentation must include the candidate’s name, matching the payment method and ID provided.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Customer cannot verify their identity as the authorized cardholder.

  • Course materials were purchased but not used.

  • USPS exam was never attempted.

  • Requests made without required documentation.

  • General dissatisfaction, “changed my mind,” or “no longer interested.”

  • Any attempt to bypass this process by filing a chargeback with a bank, card issuer, or other financial institution.

Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be returned only to the original payment method used at purchase.

  • Refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days of approval.

Chargeback and Fraud Notice
Any refund request submitted without the required documentation, or any attempt to initiate a chargeback without following this Refund Policy, will be treated as fraudulent activity and contested with evidence including:

  • Identity verification documents,

  • Digital access logs, and

  • Signed Terms & Conditions acknowledgment.

We reserve the right to pursue collection of disputed amounts, legal remedies, and recovery of costs associated with fraudulent claims.
